          We accept Paypal for samples and small orders. Other payment methods may be further negotiable after we have established mutual beneficial and trustful business relationship.

          Inhaos won't charge you any extra fee for paying by Paypal,except the fee when the money is sent out of your account to Inhaos.

    Shipping Methods


    Express Courier --- Door to Door

    For samples or small orders, we adopt air express courier.

    The choice of courier varies according to different country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: DHL, UPS and FedEx. China EMS is also available for certain countries.

    Delivery time is usually around 3- 5 days by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and 5-10days by EMS, depending on the country.

    Tracking Packages

    Q:Will You Send Me A Tracking Number?

    A:After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used (depending on your email preferences).

    Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number.

    If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means we have not sent out your order yet. Most orders take 1-3 days to check, pack, and dispatch. If you are wondering where your order has got to, please open a ticket in the support system quoting your order number(s).

    Shipping Prices

    Q:How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    A:All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual kg weight of the goods or the goods' dimensions, plus the delivery location.

    The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a kg weight that is less than the shipping band that you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.

    The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice. We're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!

    All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of wrong delivery.

    If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
