Thanks for buying our products.

 

RF-2410U we had an internal test and found a Bootloader firmware bug. After download App FW by Bootloader, it may cause App FW stack overflow when performing. We are trying to upgrade Bootloader FW to solve this problem.

 

Hereby, we are sorry to tell you that the RF-2410U you bought may be scrapped. The Bootloader PC software and other related application information you downloaded from our website is still available. You don’t have to update.

 

We provide a compensation package to whom have bought RF-2410U from us. All of these customers will receive an email about the details.
